This listing is for an ARMY MOM hand stamped bracelet made with:

-Lead-Free solid fine Pewter
-genuine leather
-one size fits most sliding closure

The metal has been oxidized and hammered to give it an aged rustic look to if, if you'd like a different leather color simply write me a memo in the note to seller section at checkout.

I will ship your order via USPS First Class Mail with delivery and signature confirmation and provide you with tracking information when available. I use Etsy for my shipping labels so please make sure your address on your Etsy account is the address you would like your package to be shipped to.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

I am completely confident with the quality and workmanship you will receive in all of my items therefore I offer a 100% money back guarantee.

I try to describe my listings to the best of my ability by providing you with clear, close up photos as well as written descriptions of the measurements and materials I used; If for any reason after purchasing an item you change your mind I will accept the item back if it is within 10 days of purchase and returned unused in the original condition, however shipping costs will not be refunded.

If your items arrive damaged I will refund your full order amount as well as all of the shipping costs. You will be refunded after I receive the shipment.

After the 10 day period, I will not accept items back that have been worn and damaged due to normal wear and tear as these would be considered used and cannot be resold, however if you happen to be in need of a repair for whatever reason I will be more than happy to reconstruct the jewelry for you.

Under special circumstances I will bend the rules, and allow a return or an exchange, all you have to do is ask.

Additional

Please note there may be an extra fee for customization requests larger than 8 inches due to the extra cost in materials and time it takes for the added length, in particular the multi wrap bracelets.

Bracelet is absolutely wonderful, love it. Only issue is the cord seems to be getting worn down a bit.
